Had some shutters fitted to an old Victorian house and some old curtains adjusted and hung.

Koulla was very responsive and provided several options for us to choose from. The matching of the curtain poles and detail on the shutters with the rest of our interior was excellent, as was the quality of the curtain adjustment work. Also we’re delighted with the shutters; they blend in so well. ‘The fitter’ was very friendly and worked quickly and tidily. An all-round pleasure!

I have used Koulla Lucia interiors in the past and we have just used them once again for curtains and blinds in our new home. Koulla provided me with some brilliant ideas and samples to start with which were exactly the type of thing I had in mind from my description to her. She gave me several options with regard to the style and finish and was flexible, making changes as we went along and checking in with me that I was happy. The finish and fitting are excellent and much better than I could have achieved from a made to measure service and the cost was also very reasonable. The window dressings have finished the rooms beautifully and given them character. They have also provided a practical solution for privacy and ensuring maximum light with the beautiful sheer blinds she suggested. I put in my order quite last minute before Christmas and she was able to fit some of it in time for me, clearly

Koulla was very responsive in her communications since the first enquiry. The initial consultation helped me a lot with choose the style of blinds and curtains to put for different rooms, and so many swatches to choose fabrics & colours from! From measurement to fitting took a little long due to backlogs in manufacturing, but Koulla managed this timescale expectation from the start. Fitting was smooth – there were some manufacturing faults with blind tracks and blind length but this was swiftly dealt with a second fitting. Overall, very positive experience! I would definitely use Koulla Lucia Interiors again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for similar services.
